These terms describe the general basis on which Anay Mittal provides SEO services, consultation and live online training under the working business identity “Anay’s PPC and SEO Training Classes.” A written proposal, quotation, email or agreed meeting record may add or replace terms for a particular engagement.
Website information
The website is intended to explain available services, training and working methods. It is not a promise of a particular ranking, advertising result, income, employment outcome or business result.
SEO services and consultation
SEO work begins after the scope, responsibilities, timing, fee and payment schedule are agreed. Project quotations depend on the actual website and requirement. Ongoing support is separately scoped and charged; it is not automatically included without cost.
Recommendations focus on issues that materially matter from an SEO perspective rather than every warning produced by a technical tool. Search engines, competitors, websites and technology change, so priorities and methods may need to adapt.
No ranking or verification guarantee
No search ranking, traffic, lead, sale, Google Business Profile verification or platform approval can be guaranteed. Google Business Profile creation and optimisation may be supported, but verification requires the business owner’s eligibility, accurate information and cooperation and remains controlled by Google.
Client responsibilities
- The client is responsible for the truth, accuracy, legality and completeness of information, claims, access and materials supplied.
- The client must provide timely access, approvals and cooperation reasonably required for the agreed work.
- Website backups and developer involvement may be required before material changes.
- Plugins installed by others will not normally be updated by Anay Mittal. A plugin installed for the agreed work may be updated only with permission, an appropriate backup and, where required, the client’s developer.
- Two-factor authentication may use an access method agreed for the work. Account ownership remains with the client.
Specialist and third-party support
Anay Mittal remains the principal point of communication and accountability. Limited specialist support may be used when genuinely required. Relevant third-party or specialist costs will be included in or clearly addressed by the agreed quotation; they are not presented as an unrelated surprise charge.
Ownership and working methods
The client retains ownership of the client’s website, accounts, original content and deliverables for which payment has been completed, subject to any third-party licences. Internal checklists, reusable processes, research methods, templates, prompts, know-how and proprietary working methods are not transferred unless explicitly agreed.
Portfolio and confidentiality
Client or project names, domains, results or case-study details will not be published without appropriate permission. Work completed for another business or under a previous business relationship will be attributed accurately and only within the permission received.
Live online training
- Training is delivered live through Zoom, Google Meet or another agreed platform, normally one-to-one or in a small group.
- The learner needs a suitable computer and internet connection for practical work. Without a computer, the session may be mainly theoretical.
- Communication may use English, Hindi or Punjabi according to comfort, while technical terminology will generally remain in English.
- Screen, audio or video recording is not permitted. Learners will take their own written or typed notes.
- The curriculum may adapt to the learner or group level. Advice may be given about group fit, but the trainee retains the final choice.
- A Certificate of Completion does not claim accreditation unless an accrediting body is expressly identified.
- Assessment may run over more than one day. One free remedial test may be offered within one week under the agreed assessment terms.
- A 15-day post-training clarification period applies where included in the agreed training arrangement.
Payments, currencies and charges
SEO service payment schedules are stated in the quotation or written arrangement. Project work will normally require an agreed advance. Training normally requires 80% in advance and the remaining 20% before classes begin.
US clients pay in USD, UK clients in GBP and Indian clients in INR unless otherwise agreed. Each party bears charges imposed at that party’s end: the sender bears sending charges, while Anay Mittal bears receiving, withdrawal or currency-conversion charges imposed at his end.

Responsible use
You must not misuse the website, contact channels, course material or access provided for an engagement; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; or use the services for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Changes and contact
These general terms may be updated as services or requirements change. Material terms already agreed for active work will not be silently replaced by a later website edit. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
